Happy Little Dragons

Alia is Happy Little Dragons' Manager at our Brynna Provision.

Alia has over 3 years experience in the Childcare and Education Sector. She has a Level 3 qualification in Children's Care, Learning and Development, a Level 3 qualification in Transition to Playwork, a BSc Honours Degree in Childhood Development and is currently completing a MSc in Behaviour Analysis and Therapy.

Alia has completed Level 3 Safeguarding training and is Brynna's Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. She has also completed Paediatric First Aid Training and Food Hygiene Training. 
Other learning that Alia has completed includes: Awareness of Sign Language, GDPR in Early Years, Lets Create in a World of Play, Inclusion, Equality and Diversity, Toilet Training and Safe Sleeping. 

Alia can be described as highly reliable, dependable and trust-worthy. She consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and carries out her roles and responsibilities to an exceptionally high standard. 
Alia shows initiative and is always proactive. 

Her warm, caring nature enables her to build positive relationships with children, families, and
staff, making them feel safe, reassured and valued.
