Happy Little Dragons LTD

Hollie is one of the Owners of Happy Little Dragons LTD, alongside her husband Damian Day.

Hollie has over 17 years experience in the Childcare and Education Sector. Hollie has a Level 3 qualification in Children's Care, Learning and Development, a Level 3 qualification in Outdoor Curriculum (Forest School), as well as a Level 4 qualification in Psychology. Hollie has completed Curiosity Approach training and is confident in using basic Welsh Language skills.
Hollie is ELSA trained and has completed a Level 3 qualification in Safeguarding. She has extensive knowledge in Wellbeing and Safeguarding and is Happy Little Dragons' Designated Safeguarding Lead. In addition Hollie has a lot of knowledge and experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs and has completed many courses including Working with Children's Inattention and Impulsivity, Asthma Training and Autism Awareness Training. 
Hollie has also completed Resilience training, Loss and Bereavement Support training, First Aid at Work training, and Mental Health First Aid training. 

Hollie has completed L3 Management training and has experience of running a Martial Arts business of nearly 15 years. 

Hollie is a Mum and Step-Mum of three children aged 16, 7 and 5. Hollie is a 5th Dan Black Belt in TaeKwon-Do and spends her free time training. 

Hollie has close links with the Brynna Community and runs her Martial Arts class from Brynna Community Centre. 
Hollie lives in Pencoed but has been part of the Brynna Community for 26 years. Hollie loves the community spirit that Brynna has and is excited about continuing to serve the community by providing a high-quality childcare provision.
