Happy Little Dragons

Maddie is Happy Little Dragons' Deputy Manager at our Brynna Provision.

Maddie has over 5 years experience in the Childcare Sector. She has a Level 3 qualification in Children's Care, Learning and Development, and a Level 3 qualification in Transition to Playwork.

Maddie has completed Level 3 Safeguarding training as well as Paediatric First Aid Training and Food Hygiene Training. 

Maddie is reliable, dependable and trust-worthy. She has a strong work ethic and is very conscientious. Maddie is passionate about ensuring a positive experience for all -  children, other staff members and families. 
Maddie demonstrates great initiative and is always willing to go above and beyond her duties. 

Her fun, bubbly personality allows Maddie to provide hours of fun for the children and great entertainment for her colleagues and friends. Maddie values each and every child in her care, colleague she works with and shows the utmost respect for parents.
